By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you agree to receive communications from Deal Scout.

By submitting your business for listing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Business Listing Terms

When submitting a business for listing in our newsletter, you agree to the following:

• You are the owner of the business or authorized to represent it for sale
• The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
• You grant Deal Scout permission to feature your business in our newsletter based on your listing preference (public or semi-anonymous)
• You understand that Deal Scout acts as a curator and connector, not as a broker, agent, or legal representative
• You are responsible for all legal and financial aspects of any potential sale

Listing Review and Publication

Deal Scout reserves the right to:

• Review all business submissions before publication
• Request verification or additional information about your business
• Edit listings for clarity, length, or format while preserving the essential information
• Decline to list businesses that don't meet our criteria or that we believe would not be of interest to our subscribers
• Remove listings at any time at our discretion

Buyer Connections

When a potential buyer expresses interest in your business:

• We will contact you to confirm your interest in connecting with the potential buyer
• You have the right to decline any connection request
• Once you agree to connect, we will introduce you to the potential buyer via email
• After the introduction, any communication, negotiation, or transaction is solely between you and the potential buyer

Opt-Out

You may opt out of communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

Business owners may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting us at contact@dealscout.com.

Content

Our newsletter will feature business listings in the Seattle area. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided about these businesses.

Limitation of Liability

Deal Scout is not responsible for any decisions made based on information in our newsletter. We provide curated listings as a service, but all due diligence remains the responsibility of the reader.

We do not guarantee that any business will be sold through our service, nor do we guarantee the quality or suitability of any potential buyers. Deal Scout is not responsible for any disputes, transactions, or outcomes that result from connections made through our service.

No Fees

Deal Scout currently does not charge fees for listing businesses in our newsletter. We reserve the right to introduce fee-based services in the future, but will always provide clear notice before implementing any changes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
